Though Vika was incorporated on 12th July 1984, but we were still having Licence in our sister company’s Bico Fabricators name since 1977.

We are one of the Oldest (Over 28 years), Reliable, Competent & Reputed Human Resources Consultants, approved and registered by Govt. of India for Overseas Employment of Manpower under License No. 001358/DEL/COM/1000-160=840/3/2 521/88 issued in 1984 by Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi with the approval status of 1000 workers, renewed upto 23rd December, 2013 (photocopy attached). We hold valid Royal Saudi Embassy of Saudi Arabia Identity card No. 23. We also have permission to submit all documents to the Embassies of Kuwait, U.A.E., Doha-Qatar, & Oman-Muscat. Vika is also engaged in foreign collaboration of new Industrial Projects, developing new sources of raw materials & the most important of all is Human Resources Development & Placement of Highly Technical, Semi - Technical & Non – Technical workers for various projects.
